Scope of Work

SIOTS provided comprehensive IOT&A services for the U.S. Army Health Clinic Vilseck renovation and expansion project and Dental Clinic replacement. The scope of this project included the multi-phase transition and consolidation of services from 4 outlying buildings. Initial outfitting, transition planning, and procurement services were provided for the 11,500 SF clinic renovation, 41,900 SF clinic addition, and the new 16,685 SF dental clinic.

SIOTS was responsible for CONOPS development, Rehearsal of Concepts (ROC Drill), orientation planning, and public relations work promoting German National involvement.

Our team leveraged their expertise in project management, international logistics, German building design, environmental regulations, and operational processes to communicate project risks and ensure adherence to host nation regulations and user requirements throughout each step of this contract.
