Scope of Work

SIOTS collaborated with the VA’s Integrated Project Team (IPT) to perform building activation services for the VA Palo Alto Health Care System’s (VAPAHCS) new Monterey Health Care Center (MHCC), located in the city of Marina on the former Fort Ord Army Base.

Activation services included receiving, inspecting, warehousing, transporting, and installing new FF&E and IT items. Our team validated the inventory list and oversaw the storage, delivery, placement, inspection, testing, certification, assembly, and final installation of approximately 18,000 unique commodities. All new items and boxes were moved from the warehouse to the MHCC through a meticulously planned delivery process.
