Scope of Work

SIOTS provided comprehensive IOT&A services for the $41M, 3-story medical facility replacement, at the U.S. Naval Academy Annapolis. SIOTS conducted multiple rounds of user meetings to confirm and refine the commodities requested in the Navy’s CID package.

A comprehensive inventory of FF&E was performed to identify reuse potential and establish facility standards. Workflow and function were reviewed to ensure the optimal placement of furniture and equipment within each department. Medical equipment planning services included a broad range of departments and administrative support areas.

SIOTS successfully procured and installed FF&E and relocated 181 staff members and 20,000 HIPAA-sensitive records throughout the course of this project.
